OUR MISSION
RGB2Go exists to make LED lighting more accessible. We design and manufacture aintuitive, affordable pixel controllers that empower anyone—whether a hobbyist hanging holiday lights or a professional managing thousands of pixels—to create stunning visual effects without complexity or excessive cost. From our Solo2Go one-port starter kits to our enterprise-class Octa2Go eight-port controllers, every product reflects a commitment to removing barriers between imagination and execution.
OUR STORIES

Our customers tell us the real story. Like Bill W., who "knew nothing" but used our starter kit and documentation to go from zero to fully operational lights. Or Scott S., who discovered that his Duo2Go is "the most versatile controller I own"—running everything from trim lights in summer to full 1000+ pixel sequences at 40fps over WiFi. These aren't just testimonials; they're proof that professional-grade LED control can be simple, affordable, and genuinely fun.

OUR APPROACH
We build on proven, open-source foundations. Every RGB2Go controller runs WLED (unless a custom firmware is requested)— the industry-standard firmware that gives you Wi-Fi control, mobile app integration, xLights support, and audio-reactive effects without proprietary lock-in. Our hardware is built around ESP32 microcontrollers and manufactured with JLCPCB for reliability and cost-efficiency. Assembly instructions, firmware flashing guides, 3D-printable enclosures, and expansion modules (Ethernet, Audio-Reactive, SD-Card) are freely available. Your controller grows as your needs grow.
OUR PHILOSOPHY

Controllers should be an entry point, not an obstacle. We believe accessible technology empowers creativity. That's why we obsess over documentation, stock affordable starter kits, maintain responsive customer support, and actively listen to our community. Whether you're a beginner building your first pixel string or an advanced user deploying a commercial installation, there's a path forward with RGB2Go—no gatekeeping, no guesswork.

"I started RGB2Go because I watched people get frustrated trying to control pixels—they'd buy expensive controllers, wade through cryptic documentation, or give up entirely. That's backwards. You shouldn't need a degree in electrical engineering to make your house light up. WLED proved that open-source, affordable hardware could be powerful and simple. So I built controllers around that philosophy: cheap enough that failure isn't catastrophic, documented well enough that a beginner can succeed, and flexible enough that the advanced folks can push them to their limits. Every time someone sends me a photo of their first light show running on a Starter Kit, that's exactly why I do this." — Jason Somers, RGB2Go
